§ 1. General information
1. Marta Bartkowska based in Księżno (postal code: 14-405), hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", enables the purchase of goods via the electronic network (Internet), at the online store address www.marachic.pl
2. These Regulations are addressed to all users of the store www.marachic.pl and define the rules of the purchase and sale transaction, which takes place in the form of a contract concluded via the website between the ordering party - hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, and Marta Bartkowska, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
3. Commercial information posted on the online store website www.marachic.pl does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but constitutes an invitation to submit offers to conclude a sales contract in accordance with the terms of these Regulations.
4. The goods offered by the online store www.marachic.pl are new, handmade and described in detail, including: in terms of their properties, price, materials from which they are made, etc.
§ 2. Rules of using the store
1. The condition for using the website is the acceptance of these Regulations by the Buyer.
2. The www.marachic.pl store allows you to purchase goods offered by the store via the electronic network.
3. The subject of the contract is a product according to the specifications of the placed order. The rights and obligations of the parties arising from the concluded contract are regulated in the Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code and in the Act of March 2, 2000. on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product.
4. Orders are processed in the order in which orders are received, until stocks covered by this form of sales are exhausted.
5. At the Buyer's request, an invoice is issued - provided that such information is included in the order form (in the "Customer comment" field).
6. The user who used the store is obliged to:
- not providing or transmitting content prohibited by law;
- use the store in a way that does not interfere with its operation;
- not to send or place unsolicited commercial information within the store;
- use the store in a way that is not inconvenient for other customers and the store Administrator;
- use the content posted on the store's website for your own use;
- use the store in a manner consistent with the provisions in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as the general principles of using the Internet.
§ 3. Placing an order and concluding a sales contract
1. In order to place an order and conclude a sales contract, place the order via the website www.marachic.pl by selecting products from the store's available offer, adding them to the cart and filling in the form with all required data necessary for shipping and selecting the selected delivery method. and payments. 2. The sales contract is concluded in Polish between the user of the store (Customer) and Marta Bartkowska based in Księżno and is concluded upon receipt of order confirmation to the e-mail address provided in the form.
3. The store accepts orders placed online 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the first business day following the day on which the order was placed.
4. The customer can place an order without having to permanently register his/her data in the store's database (so-called shopping without registration via the online store, telephone or e-mail).
5. Until the product selection is confirmed by clicking the "Confirm", "Order" or "Continue" button, the user can make changes and modifications to the products in the order, as well as contact details for shipping or issuing an invoice.
6. The Customer has the right to cancel the order before receiving confirmation of acceptance of the purchase offer from the Store, i.e. before receiving an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for processing. In this case, the Customer should immediately contact the store by e-mail or telephone.
7. All customers who purchased the product will be informed about any change in the status of their orders by e-mail.
8. The Store reserves the right to reject an order if it is impossible to contact the Buyer or the Buyer's contact details are untrue, incorrect or incomplete, the transaction has not been authorized in the electronic payment system or the payment for the order has not been made within the specified time. (in the case of payment by transfer) or the shipment will not be collected (in the case of cash on delivery). Before refusing execution, the Seller will try to contact the Customer to make arrangements
